With the goals of becoming a destination for travelers along the Interstate 19 corridor and providing an array of support services to the nearby residents, this new development near the historic town of Tubac learns from the rich Hispanic town planning traditions in the region, while also evoking the romance of the 1950’s modern car culture. A significant portion of the site is planned to be set aside as a natural preserve, with nature trails and bio-swales to mitigate development impact.
